Our Bank-On-It Basic Payroll Service gives you
single debit, total reconciliation of your payroll with the electronic
transfer of your net payroll amount from your bank account to a
Bank-On-It account one or more banking days before payroll
check-cutting date. This allows you to distribute paper checks to your
employees without the administrative hassle associated with paper
check reconciliation. Bank-On-It Payroll takes the responsibility of
reconciling your payroll account as your employees' cash their paper
checks.
The Payroll Direct
Deposit Service
DepositDirect
affords your employees the safety and convenience of our automatic
employee payment services, while you benefit by faster bank account
reconciliation and freedom from check signing.
With DepositDirect,
each employee's earnings are electronically deposited to their bank
account on payday. Employees can have their entire net pay or any
portion of it deposited directly into their bank account. Each
employee receives a non-negotiable check detailing their deductions
and net pay deposited to their account.
The Signed Check
Service
Our SignedCheck
option allows Bank-On-It Payroll services to use your digital
signature to sign your payroll checks. We will create a
computer-generated copy of your signature which we will use to sign
all the checks sent to your employees. This is it! It all happens
automatically and you do not even have to be in town come payroll
time.
The
Signed, Sealed, Inserted & Delivered Service
With our Check
Insertion, Sealing & Delivery service, Bank-On-It Payroll
will insert the checks into individual employee envelopes, seal them
and deliver them to your premises on time and ready to be distributed
to your employees on payroll day.
The
Payroll Tax Payment Services
Our
Payroll Tax Payment Services
provide companies with full IRS and State Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
Payroll Tax Payment Compliance and complete flexibility and peace of
mind. We calculate all your payroll tax liabilities such as Social
Security, Medicare, Federal Taxes Withholding, Federal Unemployment,
State Withholding, SUI, Disability and Local Taxes where applicable,
and will pay it all for you.
Your Bank-On-It payroll specialist will inform you when the Payroll
Tax Services begin and you will be notified at the time when you need
to deposit these funds into your Payroll account. Please be sure that
all deposits are made in a timely manner in order to avoid any and all
penalties.
With the first payroll after your implementation/start date,
Bank-On-It Payroll will collect all unpaid liabilities for the current
and prior pay periods.
We
will notify you about the total amount needed to cover your payroll
tax liabilities. Please review this report found in every payroll
packet and make sure that all such deposits are made in a timely
manner in order to avoid penalties.
We
will debit your bank account on or before your check date for the
total Tax Liabilities incurred with each payroll. Please have funds
available at the start of the business day.
If
there are payroll tax adjustments to be made after the end of a
quarter, you will be responsible for making the deposits for these
additional tax liabilities.
As
part of the Payroll Tax Services, Bank-On-It Payroll will enroll you
in the Electronic Federal Tax Payment System (EFTPS)
with the Internal Revenue Service and make your federal tax deposits
via EFTPS. Please keep in mind that the IRS encourages employers to
enroll in EFTPS independently even if already enrolled by a third
party. By enrolling your business independently allows you to continue
using EFTPS in the event you need to make federal tax payments on your
own. If you are not independently enrolled with the IRS EFTPS system,
we will assist you with the enrollment process.
The Payroll
Tax Return Services
Many employees forget to file the necessary payroll
tax returns. Bank-On-It Payroll Services will prepare, sign and file
all your payroll tax returns with both Federal and State tax
authorities on an ongoing basis.
